July 6, 2020
We have wrapped up our first month since opening, and we are absolutely blown away at all the support we are receiving from our guests. We are continuing to make adjustments, keeping our safety and our guests safety at the forefront of our decisions.
We are happy to announce that our washrooms are now open. We know this is exciting for those of you who have been patiently waiting to join us in your tent or camper. We have had to close off a toilet stall in each of the washrooms as well as one of the showers , with a maximum of two people permitted in the wash house at the same time. Prior to entering, we ask that you use the hand sanitizer outside of the doors and wash your hands thoroughly before exiting. Please ensure that any small children are accompanied by someone who will ensure that they are sanitizing and washing their hands. At this time, the showers will be closed to anyone who is staying less than four days with us. We ask that if you have a self contained washroom, to please use your washroom to allow for those who do not have one to be able to get into the wash house without having to wait.
We have been asked if we will be opening our store, coffee bar this season. We know that this is a favorite stop for our guests to come by in the morning for a latte, or after dinner for a chocolate covered frozen cheesecake. This has been a challenging decision to make, as our family home is also attached to the office. We will be offering a order by text and pickup service. Our goal is to have Miss Ruby making up some coffee treats sometime in early July. We have some work ahead of us, but excited to offer our guests ice cream, cold drinks, baked goodies, frozen cheesecake and Salmon Valley Campground swag during their stay. Stay tuned...
