COVID 19 SAFETY ADVISORY

PLEASE BE ADVISED THIS PLAN AND POLICIES MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. PLEASE REVIEW PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL

BOOKING

  • As Provincial Health Orders are changing, should travel restrictions or advisories be in place at any point during our season, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation for those guests outside of the regions stated.  You will be advised with advance notice and a portion of your deposit will be returned (minus a $10.50 cancellation fee to help us cover our reservation costs). Please refer to the "BC RE-START PLAN" below.

CANCELLATION

  • Please review our cancellation policy for information should you need to cancel your reservation.  ​

  • If you are cancelling, we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible.  Any cancellation less then a week is subject to a one night deposit.  Cancellations of a week or more are subject to a $10 plus gst cancellation fee.   

  • If you, or someone in your party has tested positive or is showing COVID symptoms, travelled outside of Canada within 2 weeks, or has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID, we ask that you/they do not proceed to camp.

CHECK IN PROCEDURE

  • We will be providing contactless check-in upon your arrival.  You will receive check in instructions prior to your check in date.

WASH HOUSE, BEACHES & COFFEE BAR​

  • Maintain social distancing of 2 meters with other guests

  • Masks are required for those 12 and over when in the washhouse

VISITORS

  • All visitors must register at the office and are subject to a visitor drop in fee.  

  • No visitors are permitted on the property if they have tested positive or have symptoms of COVID, have been out of the country within 2 weeks, or has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID. 

  • Management has the right to refuse a visitor

RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR

  • If at any point a guest or visitor does not comply with our COVID safety plan or is disrespectful towards management, staff or other guests, you/they will be asked to leave and will not be permitted to camp/ visit the property in the future.

BC REOPENING PLAN

  • As our Province moves through the re-opening plan, our COVID policies will do the same.  Although not 100% guaranteed, this is good news fro those who are wanting to travel recreationally.  Please use the dates below to plan your stay with us.  As of May 25th, we will be accepting reservations for recreational travel for those guests from the Northern Health Region.  Tentatively, June 15th, we will be accepting reservations for those guests from outside outside of our zone and tentatively, July 1st, accepting reservations from outside of BC (but within Canada).
